Jayne and Teresa Morrow founded Morrow Repair Services in 2008 as an independent repair and services business associated with Brownlee-Morrow Company. We’re proud to be a women-owned company and diverse supplier that doesn’t just offer maintenance and restoration, but works hard to collaborate with clients through long-term relationships and ample communication.
Our team motto is “Nobody’s Better Under Pressure” We can repair all makes and models of service pumps, rotation equipment, gear boxes, fans, blowers and vacuums. Morrow Repair Services is also an authorized Gould repair center, meaning that we’re certified to work with one of the world’s leading brands in pumps.

Teresa Morrow
Teresa runs the show in her role as CEO of Morrow Repair Services. Prior to her current position, Teresa excelled in the position of vice president for a large retail company, something which gave her the leadership and financial management skills needed to run her company today. Her favorite part of working at Morrow Repair Services is collaborating with her highly-qualified team to offer unique solutions for customers. -
Jayne Morrow
Jayne has enjoyed being the COO Morrow Repair Service for the past 10 years. She has a passion for working in the pump industry. "We have a great team of employees who work together to repair and solve issues for our customers." After leaving college she worked for Southern Co. Services and was there for 11 years. Jayne worked in the Structural and Architectural Dept. as a draftsman / designer. Her experience in the pump industry is through her past work at Southern Co. and family business of selling and repairing pumps. -
Sue Phillips
Sue’s dedication to Morrow Repair Services, along with her extensive pump industry experience, are what landed her in the position of being the company’s president. Her favorite part of the role is working closely with customers and her hard-working employees. Sue’s previous experience includes working in Chevron’s environmental department, managing regional sales for Morrow Repair Services and gaining a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. -
Chris Jones
Whether it’s boosting equipment sales or finding creative solutions to pump challenges, Chris excels in his role as power market manager. He contributes to Morrow Repair Services through his specialized skills in the air and liquid handling industry, which he has honed by being a member of the Brownlee-Morrow team for over 28 years. On top of his experience, Chris boasts a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a licensed professional engineer in Alabama. In 2002, he was selected to receive the first ever Goulds Distributor Eagle Award for lifetime achievement.
